You shouldn't have to reset anything. The issue is probably with jaws. Did
you keep your old version on there so you could test with both? You may
want to call FS if you can't get it resolved.

Subject: [real-eyes] JAWS 10

Since I updated to JAWS ten do I now have to reset my settings or cookies on
the internet? I am not able to access some websites that I previously
had. Does anyone know what I mean?
