I have several games that work well, Pocket Tap, and Bubble Wrap are
among them.

You can set the Home button to turn off Voiceover with a tripple click.
But, this functionality is not enabled by default.
You can go to Settings, General, Accessibility, Voiceover and enable the
Tripple click to turn Voiceover on and off.
