The right click and the start key using the search are my two most favorites
in Windows 7 and 8 I have found. You don't have to know where anything is.
Just click start and type what you want to do.LOL :)

Very slick. I did not know that option was even there. Works like a
charm in limited testing. That's a better solution than mine--for
sure--if you want to send a link from the current page without going to
that link first.

Very very cool. Thanks.

The easiest way I know of is to open that link in the browser. Then in
Internet Explorer, do a Control+O; select that entire line; press
Control+C to copy to clipboard. Go back into Email and press Control+V
to paste at desired location. All above works in FireFox as well; the
difference is use Control+L to open the address line to copy URL.

Alternatively, you can navigate to the desired page that you want your
reader to ultimately end up on. In either FireFox or Internet Explorer,
Press Alt+F to open File menu. In Internet Explorer arrow up until you
find the submenu Send. Press Enter and select the desired coption. Send
Link by Email puts the link in a new Email message. Send Page--I
think--sends a copy of the page. Final choice puts a shortcut on the
desktop.

In FireFox, press Alt+F to open file menu. Press up arrow until you hear
Email link. This also opens your Email client and creates a new message;
you will have to enter the addressee and subject. The link will already
be in the body of the message.

HTH.
