Wow, sounds like we lost. Interesting. Would love to read a detailed Nena
Totenburg style report on our claims, the defendents claims, and the judges
opinion and what was said so we could know what the chances are on appeal.
I thought we had a fairly good case. How come we only issue press releases
when we are winning? If anyone finds a good article on this please pass it
along. I would respectfully ask that We don't want to get political or take
sides on this list. Just looking for information. Please respect
everyone's different opinions and try not to clutter the lists with partison
posts on a non-technical issue.

the defendants in all areas.
