Jim, Wiola (wala). Thank you so much you hit the nail right on the head. I
got my problem fixed. It was the font size just like you said. FYI after
trial and error changing the font size to 17 every thing is back to the way
it was. I did keep forgetting to re-select my entire worksheet after each
try though. After going through the font menu many, many times I noticed
that there is a "normal" button there. At some time I must have accidently
clicked on this, which gives you the font size of 11.
Again thank you so much. You saved me a lot of time by not having to set up
my worksheets all over again.

Ted,
It sounds like you have inadvertently changed the font size in your
spreadsheet.
The default font size is 11 point, which results in the exact same
situation that you describe.
You should be able to fix it by selecting your entire spreadsheet,
pressing Control 1 for the format menu, then pressing Control Tab to
focus to the Font Tab of the dialog, then tabbing a couple of times
until you reach the point where you can adjust the font size.
Enlarging the font should allow you to use Page Up and Page down as
before, but you may need to try several font sizes to achieve the
results you want.
