[real-eyes] Connection Sharing

I want to use mobile geo but I don't have internet on my phone, therefore, I
can not use mobile geo with my internal gps receiver on my phone. Someone
told me I could fix this with active sink by doing connection sharing. Could
someone please explain how to do this?
