Here's a web site that will do the conversion for you.
Upload the PDF, download the Word doc, I tried it, it really is that simple.
Now, if you would rather have a Desktop application to do this, there is 
one that will convert  PDF to text, and I'll hunt that down if you like.
Note:  the resulting doc file is a ZIP file that you will need to 
extract after it is downloaded.
