[real-eyes] A Feature in Outlook I Cannot Figure Out

Erica,
You will want to go to the Tools menu, then options.
This puts you in a multi-page dialog, the first tab is Preferences, but you
want the second tab over, the Mail Setup Tab.
Press Control Tab to get there.
Tab until you encounter a checkbox that says Send mail immediately when I am
connected.
Make sure it is checked, and make sure to OK out of both dialogs.
