Great day on Saturday……the place looks great. The 3 layouts are working.
The track is clean and the floor was vacuumed.
The counters were cleared and the tables are empty.
I made some signs to for the bathrooms.
I will get another power strip for the “repair area”
I will get some Windex for the Plexiglass.
Jerry…….Tom set up your Menard’s Buildings……if you need to make any
adjustments, let me know when you are back in town……..

Thursday, April 22nd VTC Meeting……our chance to shine!
1. will get there……around 4PM
2. Twelve people have signed up……to run trains and the schedule is
below….HOWEVER, ALL ARE WELCOME TO SHOW UP……….
3. Train running Attendees include: Greg Podolak, Ken Young, Earl Schaffer,
Bill Scanlon, Bill Robertson, Peter Mellon, Rick Schabener, John Crockett,
Chuck Kehoe, Dexter Oliver, Bob White, Tom Gilsdorf.
4. Schedule……….we will be running trains from 5:30-7PM
5. From 7-8:30 PM, there is the VTC meeting……Bob Buehler is presenting the
program: CSX and NS First Responder Trains.
6. From 8:30-9PM………Bob will demonstrate these trains on the big layout.
7. Running Schedule…..three 30 minute shifts with 4 operators each shift.
8. Schedule:
a) 5:30-6…….Bill Scanlon. Tom Gilsdorf. John Crockett. Rick Schabener.
b) 6-6:30…….Ken Young. Chuck Kehoe. Peter Mellon. Dexter Oliver.
c) 6:30-7…….Bob White. Earl Schaffer. Greg Podolak. Bill Robinson.
9. Rules of Engagement;
a) Set your trains out on a table no later than 5 minutes prior to your
slot.
b) Limit your freight consists to 6-8 cars and passenger trains to 5-6
cars…..I want to have as little downtime as possible.
Saturday, April 24th Quarterly RC3R Meeting
1. Westchester Commons Storefront. 9-12.
a) committee reports
b) club updates
c) run trains when we are done
2. Optional breakfast gathering 8-8:30 AM at Great Harvest Bakery
3. I am accepting agenda items until Thursday, the 22nd…….please submit agenda
items in a SEPARATE EMAIL……………..ANY AGENDA ITEM SENT FROM FOWARDING THIS EMAIL
WILL BE IGNORED AND TRASHED
