All,
The hours have been updated on the online schedule to reflect the hours Bill
sent out. If you have already signed up, please double check the signup sheet
to make sure you record the hours you are supposed to be there. The shifts are
now:
Friday 5 – 8pm
Saturday 9am-2:30pm & 2:30pm-8pm
Sunday 10am-3pm & 3pm-8pm
If you have not signed up for your shifts please do so.
As an aside, if you’re using the signup sheet, please be careful with editing
the formatting. I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose, but somebody added an extra
column and I had to re-align all the shifts again. Thanks!

We are now listed on the GBGH web site under upcoming events.
2016 Holiday Schedule:
Friday 5 to 8 PM
Saturday 9 to 8 PM
Sunday 10 to 8 PM
Classic Train Weekend on January 14th & 15th is listed.
This will be the schedule until January 21st & the Kids Day in the Garden.
Doug and his crew at the GBGH are very excited about us returning this year.
Opening night December 2nd @ 5PM will be a blast. I am excited !!

As promised, the Great Big Greenhouse signup sheet is now live. Hours may not
be exact, I did my best based on their current hours and the understanding that
they normally adjust their hours after Christmas. So, based on information from
the GBGH the precise hours of our display may shift to the left or right an
hour or so.
I did not include shifts for Christmas Day or New Years’ Day, I would guess
they would be closed those days, however we can add or delete days as needed
based on store hours.
There are currently 98 shifts for the display. Current club membership is 23.
If everybody can do 4 shifts, and a few people do 5, we would be all set.

The number of people needed for every shift is listed with blanks. Please do
not signup if there is not a blank line under a given shift, we need to make
sure all shifts are filled before we add any “extra” people.
As discussed at the meeting, I will be working on creating a “members” page
with links to signup pages etc., and create a new account to password protect
the signup sheets and other documents. I will let you all know when this is
done and send out the current password.
