Sign up sheet is a great idea.
I also think the small layout to be used for "testing" before running on the
large layout, would save us much time & frustration.
After a successful test, then sign up to run, maybe 15 mins if others are
waiting?

The last full weekend is fast approaching to run trains at the GBGH. Peter,
Jerry, Ben, Ken and Bob Hannan probably will not be with us this weekend.
Who knows how many people will bring trains to run on the big layout.
