{rb_retired_men} Handicaps for NVRMGA Retired Mens Matches

I have recently received inquiries why handicaps for the matches do not
reflect current handicaps. League rules set individual handicaps as of the
first of each month. So this week's match uses handicaps as of May 1. Our
matches in June will use June 1 handicaps. Hopefully you are all playing
better so you can take advantage of your May 1 handicap.
