Very interesting:

This story, complete with a photo of Norelco poster boy, Ross Brawn, indicates that Mercedes might be calling the shots as to who drives for them, effectively thanking Button and Barichello for bringing a driver's and manufacturer's championship by handing them their walking papers. It seems that Nico Rosberg and Nick Heidfield are the prime candidates with Button possibly going to McLaren and Barichello selling programs in the grandstands. But he just won a libel suit against Google for half a mil, so maybe he can hire a kid or two to hawk the programs for him.

Apparently the old Brawn team will be renamed Mercedes Grand Prix, an all-German team with German drivers...except that they're located in the UK and staffed mainly by Brits. Hmmm. This will allow them to do an end-run on the spending cap (now called Resource Restrictions) by entering F1 as a new team...who aren't limited in their spending (nearly as much) by the ol' whoremonger Mosely's Machiavellian rules.

Yanno, a fella could get a headache tryin to figger this out. Silly Season (F1 style) started back in 07 or 08 and hasn't showed any signs of slowing down....it just gets sillier.
