Somehow, I knew you would say that.

Yes, actually ..... He is brutally honest about telling you what not to do.
Especially things you don't need.

He has been telling me for months to dump the land line and get a magic jack to
save money. I hear the math on it every month (Economics degree..) I pay $25 a
month for a land line that I use only for Faxes (pretty much) and to have a
contact number that's permanent with an answering machine. We use it 5 to 15
minutes a month, and it's mostly soliciting that calls. One day I'll listen,
and he'll tell me I told you so.

He is getting ready to dump the 2002 Volvo before it bite$ back on maintenance.
Even if he has to take a hit on the balance. Might even be today on a QX35 he
is looking at.

Well, this is the last trip to Champaign for a while. Nate walks for his
graduation at 10 AM on Saturday. I have the long lens and the Rebel for this
event, so we'll see how the pictures turn out.

He was at a meeting of "Personal Bankers" this week. He has only been at Chase
for 3 months, and he was top performer for in-store bankers (#1) in the market
so far this month, and #5 in the region. (Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan).
When he told us, and we didn't act surprised, he wondered why. We just told him
that we were very proud, but we knew this would happen. In his very first job
selling knick knacks at a card shop in Jr. High School.... little old ladies
would come in for  $5 card, and he would sell them $80 worth of soap, lotion,
bath oil and chap stick.  If they come in the bank for a deposit, they walk out
with a credit card, another bank account, anuities, online bill pay, and a new
rate on their mortgage. He's doing great.

We'll send pics maybe Sunday. Party June 19th at our place...... Just from the
rumors during one beer at the bar tonight, this may become a legendary event.
