Hello,

I use WinFlashTool:

http://winflashtool.sysprogs.com/

On Windows.

But if you have access to another Linux machine do this to zero the card
before you proceed:

sudo dd bs=1M if=/dev/zero of=/dev/xxx

Where xxx is the device name of your SD card, for example /dev/sdd.  If
it is an SD card reader it may be /dev/mmcblk0 or something like it.

Or you could use fdisk to delete the partitions before you go further
