Juno Waves Survey 150410 - please help us understand the spectra

I thank Dr. William Kurth, Juno Waves Instrument Lead Investigator,
University of Iowa Department of Physics and Astronomy, for his very good
help with Survey 151222, as follows:

"...Yes, the green bands in the events panel says there are burst mode data
available.  I think they are not very useful above 150 kHz until we get
much closer.

The 20 MHz band is affected by on board interference sources.

The bursts in the lower frequencies can have at least 2 sources:  1.  Dust
impacts, 2. An impulse resulting from a processor reset; when this happens,
the detailed timing can be disrupted for an instrument cycle or two and
measurements can be made when adjustments are being made to which solar
array strings are being used.  It is very difficult to distinguish these..."
