Hi,

maybe with :

allow {$lgcn_RT-USER} and (({$page_myaccount}) or {$tab_tags} or
{tab_files})

I use Active directory to control access groups thus the
"$lgcn_RT-ESBA-USER"
$page_myaccount is that they can access their own account settings
