[racktables-users] upgrade

Hi Guys,

We are trying to upgrade the code version and DB version of racktables. The
upgrade *seems* to go fine but using the site reveals that the IPV4 section
will not display with an "Object not found" error

Here is the version we are upgrading from.

This Racktables installation seems to be just upgraded to version 0.20.11,
while the database version is 0.19.12.

Is there another way I can upgrade the DB?
