Hmmm, we aren't adding a network. Instead lets say we have a current /14 and 
there are 200 machines we need to set their description to "Systems Engineering 
Test ONLY" and the /14 is already there. We would not want to create an entire 
network just for that.

What's the difference with "Add network" ?
