[racktables-users] New install error

I have used racktables a long time. I am trying to do a fresh install (since corruption exists in my current instance). 


When I point my web browser at the web page, I get the following error:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'img012_racktables.Config' doesn't exist (42S02) 
at file /usr/share/RackTables-0.20.7/wwwroot/inc/database.php, line 3845
I understand that the Config table does not exist -- this is a first time install. Did I miss a step? Do I need to preload mysql?
I created the database: img012_racktables and added the user and added access permissions. Thanks for any help!
