Did you try the following:

Subject: [racktables-users] Login Issue after new install
Hello everyone,
Still trying to diagnose how come after a fresh install which went off without
a hitch... that I cannot login... I use admin and the appropriate password and
keep getting the prompt to login.. Can't get anywhere.
Loaded on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS which is also running Virtualmin 1.74 and MySQL
5.5.41
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
