That's what I assumed. However, it is that way now.

Parent---
Type: Server
Hypervisor: Yes
SW Type: VMWare ESXi 5.1U1

Child-
Type: VM
SW Type: Junos Space 13

Paperclip shows, but doesn't respond to a click. :-/

If you set your host server properties to "Yes" on the Hypervisor drop-down
item you'll be able to add VM's to servers without any additional config.

Subject: [racktables-users] Container issues

Hello,

I am struggling with building some virtual resources.

In the container compatibility, I added VM as a child to Server. However, when
I create a VM object and click on the paperclip, nothing happens. This seems to
work fine using a Server Chassis parent and Server child, but my stare and
compare to ensure the objects are configured the same has been fruitless thus
far.

Where should I look to verify my settings?

Thanks,

-steve
