[racktables-users] Adding chapters to the dictionary

I've added a new chapter to my dictionary, and populated it with several
custom objects. However, I can't get my chapter to show up in any of the
drop-down lists! For example, when I go to Objects and try to add a new
piece of hardware, my new chapter is not listed under Object Type. What
do I have to do to get it there?
