in principal every programing language could be written in notepad, so
languages themselves are accessible. That's true for python 3.5 as wel.
The accessibility issues start when we talk about software development
tools and about the graphical user interfaces that a program offers. You
can use every of your favorite text editors for writing python 3.5 so,
yeah, no problem there.
