I have a few questions about your idea for a folding micro python.
How and where do you think is the best place for the folding action? I
was thinking is would be good if it was somewhere in the center between
the two wheels, and that it folded either up or down, and used the pivot
so the two wheels ended up side by side.
The second question is how many folds? I have attached two rough images
using the Monty micro as an example. The first shows one fold, but the
folded bike would still be pretty long. The second image shows two
folds one between the wheels and one for the boom at the front axle.
This would be much more challenging to design and build, but I think
would still be possible, and the resulting folded size would be quite
manageable.
The final question I have is what is the best seat type for a folding
Python. Do you go for a single piece, or a hammock style like Jürgen's,
that folds down easily.
