[python] Experimental Prototype PX

Hi there,

yesterday I started the building of the experimental
scrap python called PX.
Building goes very fast and I hope to make the
first test rides this weekend.

First experiment is to move the pivot behind the seat.

I expect more weight on the front wheel and less
sensibility at high speed coasting. Also I hope that
the bike will be foldable in the middle without any
pretreatment.

As far as I can foresee, the pivot angle will be around
50 deg, trail around 20 cm.
I expect the wheelflop to be compensated by the
self-centering force.
