If your python is properly built, I would count the learning time in
weeks rather than in months. My daughter recently did her first 2000 m
run on the P1. Total practicing time was about 6 hours.
Downhill coasting speed is limited. For me it is around 50 km/h and
for others it is around 60 km/h. In crosswind conditions or on a
bad road it is even less.
