Yeah, what to say... oh, here's a good question to start: is everybody dead?

Provided the answer to this is "no", I'm just wondering what happened to all
the jolly and fascinating discussions on this list.

About what should we discuss, you ask? Well, I don't have a clue. I've
been coding all weekend and therefore I'm not really sure what the outside
world looks like any more. But I've been coding exciting things! The
Editor is in pretty good shape, so I went back to working on the Engine.
I've been fixing bugs, but also adding new features (cuz it's fun!)

The big new feature I added is an enhancement to the sky dome. I added a
sun and a moon which rotate around the world and move from the nothern
horizon to the southern (just like real suns and moons!) I added colour to
the sky dome when the sun is rising or setting, so the sky gets all funky
orange around the sun and whatever. It also gets dark at night (just the
sky right now, I haven't done the world). Features still to add are stars
in the sky at night, clouds during both the day and night, and optical
effects (flares) around the sun.

So that's my shot at something interesting. Any of you designer types have
something we could discuss?

Darryl
