Janet,
You should try different ways of hand holding your H before you sell it.
Try the WLF again; w/o the magnifier flipped up if you like to frame that way;
elbows tucked into your sides; body pressed against your sternum, tummy or belt.
Try the WLF with the chimney pressed against your forehead and the magnifier
up; left hand under with index finger on shutter release and right hand
focusing and pulling up and in.
Get a motor winder so you won't have to leave your eyes.
You won't be the least bit disappointed if you can get it to work, and from
what I'm reading, everything mentioned will leave a hole in your desire of what
you want in a camera; the H won't...
Best,
Bob

It's not too heavy, but the shape of the thing is awkward for me to
balance and hold steady. I have a prism but it isn't bright enough so
I don't use it. I use the wlf. I might look into a grip for it.

Actually the friend who has it offered for me to take it for a week,
when she comes home. It will be a few weeks before that can happen.
Seems the only complaint I've read (in the Pentax 67 reviews) is that
it's not so good for fast shooting and for handheld. Those are what I
want... the ability to move quickly, handheld. I'm still going to try
it. I'd love to find that it works well for me, and for a good price!

Thanks for your reply.

Janet
