In doing my requisite googling before posting, I read in one of the results
that
it 'lith'ed' well as well as other accolades as to how much the look of the
image was affected by development in a good way. The development aspect was
what
I liked about it paired w/ansco 115. I've tried Foma and 115 and it wasn't
nearly as warm.

Another result in my search mentioned how tricky it was going to be to recreate
the previous results Forte got with the old equipment. I was pretty focused on
getting an answer to my question of "when" and neglected to note where I saw
these aforementioned posts. I think a lot of that info was here which is their
English home page. http://www.polywarmton.com/

If it is the same emulsion formula and the same coating machine, as is intended
AFAIK, it should lith well. All the Forte papers did so I’m cautiously
optimistic.

I have a box of Polywarmtone 9.5"x12" from a collection of photographic paper I
acquired last year. The few sheets I've tried suggest the paper has much
potential assuming parameters of the Adox version are similar to the Forte
product. - I wonder how well the paper will lith?

Yes, I just checked this with Mirko, the chap behind it, 2 weeks ago as it
happens.
They have had a difficult year negotiating with the banks involved.
They have just received their European funding grant a few weeks ago so can
finalize the loan deal to finish off the factory. Basic structure is done I
gather and now comes the utilities, tiling, flooring etc.

The old Forte machine has now to be got back into working order and then an
emulsionist found to work part time for what the project can afford.

So it’s still live but slowed down.

Has anyone heard any updates on The Polywarmtone Project? Their blog hasn't
been updated in a while.
