HI, Howard, THE DK-60a replenisher DK-60aTR Water 52'C. Mix in order 750 cc Elon (Metol) 5.0 grams Sodium Sulfite desiccated 50.0 grams Hydroquinone 10.0 grams Kodalk (Sodium Metaborate) 40.0 grams Water to make 1000 cc Add at approx rate 30 cc per roll of film, or in deep tank add if tank drops more than 2 inches replenish to full line. I also would keep an eye on PH. With D-76 there has been some mention of an increase in negative contrast as PH rises. Kodalk Developers DK-40 the fist in a series of Kodalk developers from Kodak was for motion picture positive film D-42 is a normal contrast developer for photomicrography. D-42 is missing the K because it is formulated with Borax and Kodalk DK-50 is a developer for roll films, professional films and plates. DK-50r replenisher DK-60a is Kodak's Kodalk deep tank or machine developer for Kodak roll films DK-60b is Kodak's Kodalk aero film developer. D-76 is Kodak's Elon-hydroquinone Borax developer for low contrast and maximum shadow detail on panchromatic film and plates, including motion picture film. D-76 is missing the K because it is formulated either with Borax or Kodalk. All thought the development time stayed the same with regular concentrations; there is a difference as the concentrations increased. D-76r(Kodalk) is used to replenish D-76(Kodalk). DK-25r is a Kodalk replenisher for D-23 and D-25 developers Jonathan Ayers [mail1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] -----Original Message----- From: pure-silver-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:pure-silver-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Howard Efner Sent: Friday, May 08, 2009 8:27 AM To: pure-silver@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [pure-silver] Re: PIQUED MY CURIOSITY; was Phenidone in alcohol On May 8, 2009, at 6:27 AM, BOB KISS wrote: > DEAR BILL, > YOWZA!
