If anyone one in the UK is interested, I have a 30" Keencut mat cutter for
sale. It cuts window mats up to about 22", although a 24" mat can be cut by
using visual guide at one end instead of the measured stop block.
I have recently bought a larger one so that I can cut window mounts up to
36".
Quick, simple and reliable to use, definitely no blood involved [Ralph ;-)].
You will be able to cut perfect window mats in minutes.

I got out my little compact logan mat cutter, and I am going to practice
using it, but I also found this site:
