[pure-silver] ID-11 and D-76 times

I thought that ID-11 and D-76 were the same, so I was surprised lookingat a development chart for HP5+ today, where it has differentdevelopment times for them. That is, if the solution is 1 + 1. Ifit's 1+0, they're the same: 7:30. But at 1+ 1, the times are 13minutes for ID-11 and 11 minutes for D-76. This seems weird. Why?
