Primary job responsibilities
* Implement and support the integration and
deployment of identity management solutions
like SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, and FreeIPA or IdM
* Write and support Puppet modules and Ansible
playbooks for identity management
applications, services, and systems
* Create and improve service offerings and
service delivery mechanisms, e.g configuration
management, containers, and continuous
integration and delivery automation
* Provide assistance to application teams
consuming Red Hat's internal identity
management systems, including client and
service configuration
* Develop and maintain tools for user life cycle,
profile management, data presentation, and
application-based access management
* Help define a comprehensive collaboration
strategy for promoting single sign-on access
across applications built on various
technologies
* Provide technical guidance on open source
identity and access management technologies,
including workflow management tools
* Propose, design, and deliver new identity
management-related service offerings
* Provide technical expertise on design,
architecture, and code reviews to ensure high-
quality work deliverables
* Collaborate with external vendors and
customers to guide technical requirements, as
well as project deliverables and timelines
* Understand clients' needs and provide an
excellent customer service experience
