It is not good to have it on high because your recording will be distorted. When it says good that is where you need to be. When it says low the volume is too low. I hope this helps Linda Reederneed to be. Low the volume

Does anyone know when recording what the level of sound, as far as decibels, to mark low to good, and good to high, in order to have more control of recording volume and how much I can push the envelope on high?
