[pspiceworld] Can't shut down PC after Pspice 9.1

After running simulations with Orcad Pspice V9.1 I can't shut down my laptop
through the normal Start > Shut Down method. The error message can't shut
down program "Dialog" appears. The only way to shut down my laptop PC is to
turn the power off. I think (not sure) that the offending program may be
"simsrvr.exe". I am using a Compaq Presario V2000 laptop PC running Windows
XP
home with SP3. Any suggestions?
