I don't have a twitter account for now.
I have get no update for pskmail user, only for sm0rwo user and PA0R user.
Same messages I get if I do a http://twitter.com/sm0rwo and
http://twitter.com/PA0R.
What do you mean for "depends upon what that user is following"? Pskmail
user or proprietary of the server? Do you mean that pskmail user is
following messages of PA0R and sm0rwo users?
