[pskmail] jPSKmail RC3 available

The RC3 for jPSKmail 1.0 is here.
Changelist from RC2 is short:
- Clean install bug from RC2 has been fixed
- Translations has been somewhat extended (Swedish changes mostly)
I hope we will all find this rock solid :-).
If not then bug reports are appreciated!
