[pskmail] VE4KEH Server Testing

Pskmail server VE4KEH is now operating at 10148 kHz (10147 + 1kHz) in BPSK250.
-Power is 30W into 30m inverted Vee.
-Users are welcome, comments are encouraged. Send comments to pb232641@xxxxxxx
-I hope to have the server operating as much as possible when I'm not otherwise
using the transceiver.
-However, this is currently only for testing and I apologize in advance for any
unannounced or abrupt discontinuation of service.
-A more permanent operating solution is being considered.
