[pskmail] V 0.9 beta 1 Client APRS Icon Reverts to y

I noticed that the posit sign/APRS icon keeps reverting to y in the Client
Configuration Data window,
despite being changed.
Even though it has been changed in the APRS tab (and seems to stay changed
there) and the change
confirmed in the .pskmailconf file, it seems that the 'y' in the Configuration
Data window
takes precedence.
Also some of the labels in the Configuration Data window are missing, namely
Inputfile and Outputfile.
As the corresponding fields are blank by default, I assume that they're no
longer used.
