[pskmail] Using /p and /MM in your callsign

The use of /P, /M and /MM is problematic at the moment. APRS email does not
work
if you use either '-' or '/P' or '/MM'. Part of the problem is that
you need an entry in the database for every different callsign..

Anyway, I would advise only to use your callsign without extensions when
sending
emails... Otherwise the sender will be missing and your email may be refused by
the ISP.
