[pskmail] Using gmail accounts

The pskmail server knows what port to use on an SSL gmail account, so it is
no different from a normal POP3 account.
Only difference: the Pop_user must be specified with the complete
email addres, so 'user@xxxxxxxxx' instead of 'user'.
On the gmail server enable 'enable pop for all mail'.
That is all.
