You are right Sjaak.
The racks are nog obliged.
computers system 500MHz is enough No VGA device (only for installation)
Software is free.

Most expansive items are 
1 the tranceiver (we use the IC910 ) 144 and 430 mhz and cat interface.
(dopler shift!!)
 
2 the antenne system. rotors az. and elev.

interfaces and antenne controle are homebrew.

I guest total 4000 Euro's . (new stuf.) secondhand it wil be less.

still a lot of money I agry.
