[pskmail] Server install under UBUNTU 8.04

Installation on UBUNTU 8.04 is now quite easy. Get the archive, unpack it
and run the install scripts for libraries and programs. Config files and flags
are all in the .pskmail directory.
Step-by-step:
* Get a terminal
* wget http://hermes.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pskmail/pskmail_server-0.7.6.tar.gz
* tar zxvf pskmail_server-0.7.6.tar.gz
* cd pskmail_server-0.7.6
* sudo ./libinstall.sh (answer most questions with 'Y')
* sudo ./install.sh
* gedit ./.pskmail/pskmailrc.pl (callsign, smtp server, beacons etc)
cd ~
you are done. Start the server from your user directory with 'pskmail_server'.
