[pskmail] Server Install Problems

I was trying to setup the new server version on my MEPIS distro computer and I am having a problem getting it going. Here is what I get when I start up ./rflinkserver.pl. 


Cannot open logfile at arq.pm line 2399.
Compilation failed in require at ./rflinkserver.pl line 29.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./rflinkserver.pl line 29.

What am I missing?
