Andy, I was looking at it all K7EK sent a message to KB4OZE Mike the text was 
testing message vis PSKmail.

and yes your server asked him to update his file.... maybe this is being used 
as a band condition app, if the server cant get the update the band is not very 
good...

WHen I saw his message it was just to a callsign, no @xxxxxx.com,
would this cause the update your record message to be sent again ?
