OK Rein, I have set now a different 'Blocklength' number in the preferences dialog on the client (9 instead of 5) and unchecked 'reception disables detection' on fldigi. Q: in jpskamail / listening mode, if I go into 'mode' menu and try to change the mode, this action makes fldigi to switch the mode and TX something: why should TX? To judge it I would need a log of what happened.. By the way, you can set a different profile (different set of modes) by setting the 'Blocklength' number in the preferences dialog on the client. I will add a list of profiles to the wiki FAQ today. 73, Rein > Sequence was (all automatic): > > - connection request @ psk 500 > - first session part @ psk 250R > - second session part @ psk 250 > > All concluded fine but the question is: > > My client transmission sequence was made of: > > - RSID > - PSK xx (short) > - RSID (again) > - PSK xx (long) > > Is it normal? >
