[pskmail] Re: PskMail Monitor v.1.5

I have an Apache2 server running now. However after running the
pskmail_monitor 1.6 install script I can't find the index.shtml file. I
can see all the pieces of the website in my /var/www/html/pskmailserver
folder but I can't see the index.shtml file. When I test the server I
can see a default page.
