[pskmail] New Icom 7200

OK, I have just upacked new shiny (not exactly shiny) Icom 7200.
Connected it to antenna, via USB cable to my laptop running Ubuntu 11.10 .
Setting up Fldigi to read audio from Icom was easy, no trouble but later I run
into some difficulties.
I set up radio in Data mode, set to 1500Hz, was able to copy my server
Anybody can give me instruction how to set up Fldigi and PSKMail client for
this rig.
Starting from PTT control, do I use HamLib to control PTT or RigCAT, also how
to control scan function from PSKmail?
Any help will be appreciated
