[pskmail] Installer for client 1.5.7

I have uploaded installers for jpskmail 1.5.7.
Of course I had to make a few changes to the alpha, those are:
- UI changes, button sizes were not nice in some dialogs
- Double mouse click now works in email address window
- Aprs beacon timer setting is now saved (and used at start)
Also added the updated manual to the installer.
